Diego and I have been trying to take a trip together for some time now. We were supposed to go to San Diego, or something like that, but then I saw a great deal in Vegas. The Rio had its suites at 50 dollars on Monday! That Monday only. So we left on a Sunday, stayed at the Sahara, transferred over to the Rio on Monday, and then left on Tuesday. While there, we saw a show (KA) which was okay, but not as good as the other Cirque shows I've seen. I think that's because Dragone left. If I had known, I would have gone over to the Wynn to see La Reve, which is by him. We also had buffet two nights in a row. I almost died the second night, because I ate so much. We took like four steps out of the buffet and I already developed a cramp. We had to come to an almost standstill.

Our room was quite nice, though. It had a lot of space, and the bed was extremely luxurious. The comforter was the best, and both of us knocked out after check-in. The room also had nintendo available, but it was like a million dollars an hour, so we watched Teen Titans instead. We did a lot of relaxing and tv watching in the room.

After the show, we walked around the MGM for awhile and saw that there was a restaurant with Diego's name. Of course, we had to take a picture with it. Or rather, I had to take a picture of him with the sign. I did a much better job than when Stephanie took my picture with the Lisa sign in Austria and cut out the sign. Also, the time that I asked Emily to take a picture of me eating cow tongue in Japan, and she cut the cow tongue out of the picture.

Before leaving Vegas, we stopped at Mandalay Bay and went to Shark Reef. This place was interesting. I just went to the Long Beach Aquarium, however, which ruined it a little, because the LBA is so much better than the exhibit at Mandalay Bay. Oh well. The thing I thought was ridiculous was the way they were taking advantage of misfortune. For those people who forgot to bring their cameras, the exhibit was selling disposables for like 20 bucks. I thought that was in bad taste. Geez. A disposable. Get real. And I'm sure that people buy those things, because they really want pictures and memories of their trip.
